Reporting a Calculation

Include the tax year, region, pension method, loan plan and a fictional example that reproduces the issue. Say what you expected and what appeared. A screenshot of the result can help, but remove any personal details first.

Do not send payslips, National Insurance numbers, account details, employer-confidential information or other sensitive documents. We cannot access the figures in your calculator tab unless you choose to send them.

Check the supported scope and calculation method. A different payslip is not necessarily an error: tax codes, cumulative PAYE, irregular pay and pension rules can change deductions.
